Gundersen Boscobel announces scholarships for 2020

The Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics (GBAHC) Board of Directors, the Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics (BAHC) Foundation and the Partners of Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics are pleased to announce that six scholarships are available to qualified students pursuing education in healthcare.

The GBAHC Board of Directors is sponsoring four $750 scholarships open to 2020 graduates of Boscobel, River Ridge, Riverdale, Fennimore, Wauzeka-Steuben and North Crawford high schools. For more information, call Lisa Friar at (608) 375-6201.

The Slaman Family Memorial Scholarship is sponsored by the Foundation and open to current employees of GBAHC, their spouse and/or legal dependent children. The Slaman Family Memorial Scholarship is made possible through the generous contributions of Sam and Karen Slaman, who established the scholarship in July 1991 to encourage individuals to pursue a post-secondary education in nursing. For more information, call Foundation Director Natalie Tollefson at (608) 375-6300.

The Partners of GBAHC is sponsoring a $500 scholarship for students and/or residents of the Fennimore, North Crawford, Riverdale, River Ridge, Wauzeka-Steuben and Boscobel school districts. GBAHC employees and/or employee dependents are eligible. For more information, call Patsy Pippin at (608) 375- 2474.

Applications are due by March 15. Scholarship information and applications are available online.
