Gundersen to open new Orthopedic Clinic in Caledonia

Receiving physical therapy close to home will soon be more convenient for patients who live in or near Caledonia.

On Thursday, Nov. 3, Gundersen Health System will open the doors of its new Caledonia Orthopedic Clinic at 405 South Hwy 44/76 in Caledonia.

The clinic will provide:

  • Physical therapy for back, knee, hip and shoulder injuries and disorders
  • Rehabilitation following total joint replacement surgery

Gundersen physical therapists will staff the clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

"We're pleased to expand our Orthopedic services in the Caledonia community, offering physical therapy closer to home," states Butch Bobenmoyer, clinical manager, of Gundersen Therapy and Industrial Rehabilitation. "We understand that the medical needs of patients with Orthopedic injuries and disorders can be chronic and require ongoing care and appointments. It's our hope that by bringing Orthopedic Physical Therapy closer to patients in Caledonia, we can better serve our patients and their families," adds Bobenmoyer.

A grand opening celebration will be held Saturday, Nov. 19, from 8 a.m. to noon at the new location. It will provide an opportunity to see the new clinic space, meet staff, learn about services and enjoy refreshments.
