Sweet and savory summer salad


  • 1 peach, cut into cubes
  • 2 Tbsp blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar


Toss together peach, cucumber and lettuce. Top with blue cheese crumbles and balsamic vinegar.
