Roasted parmesan green beans recipe
Makes 4 servings
- 1 lb. green fresh green beans trimmed and cut in half
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 ⁰F
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss until evenly coated.
Spread out the green bean mixture on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven when green beans and bread crumbs start to brown.
