Brussel sprouts crunch recipe

Makes 4 servings


  • 2 cups fresh brussels sprouts
  • ½ cup craisins
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil


In a large skillet combine olive oil, brussels sprouts, craisins, and walnuts. Sautee for 10 minutes or until brussels sprouts appear tender.
