Homemade garlic bread

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients

  • One loaf French bread or ciabatta bread
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. dried basil
  • 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. dried oregano

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut loaf of bread in half, then cut each half into four slices. Drizzle olive oil evenly over bread. Sprinkle spices over sliced bread. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toasted on edges. Serve immediately.
