
Watermelon cucumber and spinach smoothie recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup watermelon
- ½ cup cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup orange juice, calcium fortified
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup ice
Preparation
Pour water and orange juice in blender. Add watermelon, cucumbers, spinach and ice and blend at high speed until completely pureed.
