Strawberry margarita

Makes 1 serving


  • Coarse salt
  • ½ fresh lime, juiced
  • 4 medium-large strawberries
  • 1 oz. tequila
  • ½ oz. Cointreau
  • 1-2 oz. sweet and sour
  • Ice


Use lime wedge to wet rim of glass, salt rim.

In food processor, combine lime juice and strawberries, process until smooth. Add to shaker with remaining ingredients. Add ice to glass with salted rim. Shake margarita ingredients and pour over ice. Garnish with lime or strawberry if desired.
