  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 1 cup green seedless grapes 
  • 1 pear, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup water 
  • 1 cup ice


Pour water in blender. Add kale, pear, grapes and ice and blend at high speed until completely pureed.
