UWSMPH Phase 3 Intern Prep Course (IPC)
Our 1-week Intern Prep Course (IPC) is designed to prepare Phase 3 medical students to begin their Primary Care internships.
Overview
Our Intern Prep Course is a hands-on residency preparation program that delves into key topics in the field of medicine through small, interactive group instruction at our Integrated Center for Education.
Schedule
The program covers medical and surgical competencies including:
- Suturing
- Infectious disease
- Cross cover calls
- Ethics
- Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS)
How to apply
If you’re a Phase 3 UWSMPH student in good standing, enroll in our IPC through Oasis and email [email protected] after you do. Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis upon approval.
