Talked to fast and at times had a hard time understanding. Had to ask a few times to repeat what was said. Could been more patient with us and staff.

I appreciated it when Dr. Choke thoroughly explained how the medication I am taking acts on my heart and what could happen if my dosage is incorrect. She is a very caring physician and is conscientious about ensuring on I am board with all the steps in my care. Dr. Choke makes sure I understand everything.

Dr. Choke is the consummate professional. She is a great asset to the Gundersen Cardiology Department. Her attention to detail, expertise and kindness make her a great doctor to work with. Her staff is a reflection of her. You can tell they respect her and she respects them. I hope none of my friends and family would need her services, but if they did I would recommend her in a heartbeat (pun intended), I can't thank her and Gundersen enough for what they have done for me. THANK YOU DR. CHOKE AND STAFF!!

Hard to understand provider, and she seemed to talk at me and not to me.

Appt was at 7:45 a m Dr didn't come in to see me until 8:45. No explanation given for her tardiness. This is the second time I have had an appointment with her & she was late. May have something to do with my blood pressure being on the high side.
