Dr. Dudley provided me with a lot of medical advice regarding stiffness in my knees. This was a consult on what I could and could not expect from knee stiffness. I was very impressed with this doctor and would definitely recommend him to others.

Excellent doctor!

Having a knee replacement gave me an opportunity to experience many areas of our clinic and hospital that I had not had. Beginning with the preop, surgery, hospital stay, visit for physical therapy, and post op with surgeon was professional and effective. Everyone was respectful, warm and willing to answer any questions. The overall care over a period of weeks lead to a very successful resolution for me. I would enthusiastically recommend our hospital.

I have received excellent care from Dr. Dudley. I have had 1 total knee replacement surgery done by Dr. Dudley and have the next one scheduled. He answers all my questions in a way that is easy to understand. He is very caring and a wonderful doctor.

The 2 nurses I met, an xray technician and Dr. Dudley were very caring and concerned - listened to all my 'ramblings' and answered all my questions. I was very pleased and satisfied with my appointment - plus I barely sat down to wait and Dr. Dudley came out and got me immediately.

Dr. Dudley is amazing. Thoughtful, considerate, informative, and just plainly a nice guy. I would trust him with any medical issue I might have.

The nurse was also really great, but I want to give some specific kudos to Dr. Dudley. This was my second time working with him. When I found out he had availability, I immediately took that appointment. Why? Because he really listened to me in my first appointment with him, and I had confidence he would listen to me this time as well. He remembered me. He's courteous. He's honest about what can and can't be done regarding my knees and the challenges I have. He delivers limitations in a way that is kind and thoughtful. He complimented me on my willingness to do physical therapy and my dedication to doing all I can to stay physically active given my knees. And encouragement for those of us with chronic conditions and/or pain management is so important. In short, he models kindness and professionalism in every respect. Frankly, I think he should teach workshops on helping patients feel heard and cared for and valued. Truly.

Dr. Thomas Dudley discussed my diagnosis and was forthright in explaining the drawbacks of performing a hip replacement due to a childhood hip disease that altered the structure of my hip. He recommended a consult with a colleague in LaCrosse and when I told him that facility is not covered by my insurance we agreed to schedule a consult with a hip replacement specialist @ Mayo Clinic in Rochester. LaCrosse will assist me in accomplishing that. Dr. Dudley has a great personality and "bedside" manner and his decision to refer me for the best outcome confirms his professionalism and concern for me as a patient.

I think Dr's have way to heavy work load. Appointments are some time 6 months out. Believe me pain can be unbearable. I get sorry

The doctor took good care of my condition. I have been experiencing the pain for about a year. Since my appointment I have about 90% less pain. Very satisfied.

I appreciated the staff showing me where my room was to see the Dr and then walking me down to and picking me up from imaging. I didn't need the extra help, but there are many patients who do!! Dr Dudley read my chart in advance, was prepared to answer any questions I had and explained exactly what my medical problem was in a way that I could explain to my family and friends. Dr Dudley extended his services and contact information in case I ever need his care in the future and gave me examples of what I could do and who to see for the care I need at this time. I fully trust Dr Dudley's expertise and advice and so appreciate his kind manner in which he treated me and my husband! The staff was great as well.

I was very impressed with Dr. Dudley. He suggested a plan of attack for my knee issues and was very patient in answering my many questions. I'm totally on board with the plan forward.

It seems there's always extended wait time once you've been located in the exam office after the initial contact with the nurse has been made. Fifteen minutes is not bad but when it extends past a half hour that seems a bit long.

DR.Dudley spoke clearly and explained in depth my questions. Had to wait a week longer to get ok from insurance for x3 weekly imjections in knees. Wish I could have started them that day. Great friendly nurse.
