Hello, They tried to get an interpreter through ipad for the appointment but none available. The medical assistant came with Dr. Sullivan. She asked me if I would like to have her write the notes whenever the doctor said and I said yes. She did a fantastic job doing that and we really appreciate that. She did made us comfortable with this situation. We prefer to have a live sign language interpreter to be there for the appointments but we understand that it is not available for the interpreters to drive from Minnesota . Thank you very much

Considering I avoid going to doctors unless I absolutely have to go and dreading yesterday it was a good visit. Everyone was great. I was in n out in good time

I have always respected the receptionist staff, for a non medical person like me, they know, immediately the procedures and answers to questions and making appointments, they also have a delightful, positive personalities. Dr. Sullivan and the nurses are always knowledgeable and respectful. Since this is the first time I have the title of type two diabetes, I needed his expertise in learning specifics about diabetes so I could understand it with the rest of my health issues. He is like my other providers, great listeners and really know their profession. I like to know the details of my issues, then I can deal with them without stress. Please do not forget the custodial staff, I have never seen the facility in disarray or unclean. they cover a lot of space with a lot of people in and out all day. A facility that is marvelously clean.
