The provider was new to me. We did not discuss my medical history ..The focus was my treatment for a specific medical issue.

Dr April is an awesome doctor. He seems to really care.

It was my first time meeting Doctor April and he was very well aware of my medical condition and made recommendations to help me with my problem. I will be returning to see him again for follow up and possibly further care.

They got me in for an appointment sooner then I was expecting .

From the doctor to the medical assistant 10/10 experience !

Dr. April was pleasant, listened to me and explained why I needed to be put on antibiotics. I have had Gundersen Health for a number of yrs. and have yet to be unsatisfied when seeing a Dr.

I was very happy with how everyone treated me and Dr. April was very good on informing me about my health issued and he done a very good job on my wellness tests. The lab staff also was very good with doing the blood tests and the nurse who checked me in and getting me ready for my wellness tests was very nice and helpful.

Dr. April is an excellent doctor. He has always made sure I am getting the best medical care I could get. Always asking questions and giving me options for my treatment. I am very happy with the care I received from him and his staff. I give him an A+ .

Dr. April's follow-up was incredible. He called me the next day to let me know the plan moving forward. I was shocked that a doctor would make that call as I cannot remember that ever happening in my life. He definitely made me feel like patient care was a priority.

I like the fact that I was able to make decision for my care based on Dr April advice. Was not pushed in to some thing I was not comfortable doing.

Everything went extremely smoothly considering Dr. April was taking over for my ailing primary doctor. It helped that I had seen Dr. April before too. Good job all around.

Provider barely looked at my chart, didn't ask about my history of bronchitis and asthma. Just because that day I didn't have the shortness of breath to accompany the cough

Dr. April was extremely attentive and listened even though the issue I had was nebulous and hard to define. He came up with a plan of care to try to get to the bottom of things and explained everything thoroughly.
