Dr Carrington and his staff have been just truly amazing through my whole time period of the ankle injury I had quite some time ago and I so appreciate the authentic care I have been given.

Dr. Carrington is simply the best! He is so knowledgeable and also relates to his patients.

Person setting up follow up appointment and physical therapy appointments was not very patient or friendly.

Dr. CARRINGTON took the time to answer all our questions and gave me options in regards to how to proceed.

The recommendations I received at this appointment could have been given to me several months ago. DR Carrington recommended a CTscan which I have not been contacted for an appointment for.

He was very friendly and helpful. He knew right away what was going on with my ankle and gave me options and information on next steps and was going to make detailed notes in my chart. Would recommend him to friends and family.

I really like my provider. He listens and provides feedback. Just a very kind and caring person. My only problem was receptionist told me where to go but I actually needed to go to imaging first. The nurse in orthopedics was very helpful and actually got me straighten away. I really like Gundersen's and would like eventually have all my service's go through your clinic.

Dr. Carrington took the time to explain the surgery and what I can expect after the surgery. The resident asked and answered lots of questions. I am feel confident in the plan.

Professionalism and efficiency

Notes reflected a whole lot more than we discussed. Doctor said I had some pain relief from cortisone shot but I have not. I feel like I am being strung along with my treatment.

I felt ... through the whole experience, I felt like the ... Dr. Carrington was aware of my concerns, my fears, my worries. The staff, nursing, and medical assistants very responsive, again with questions, concerns. And so, I felt safe through the consultations leading up to surgery, after surgery, and the after care since then. So, it was a ... overall, a great experience. I'm super happy with the results and really appreciate the great care.

It was the first time I've ever seen a Dr that actually read into my files and did his homework before the appointment. I didn't feel like I was just another patient that they bring in, give some quick remedy to, and send out the door. He seemed genuinely interested in getting me relief.

Not enough chairs in second floor waiting room. This new setup left lots of empty space but no chair.
