I have never come out of this clinic in Spring Grove feeling like I was disrespected! They are excellent! I am very disappointed the scheduling team for Gundersen Lutheran is taking the traveling mammogram bus away!!! I prefer the friendliness of this feature!!!!

Dr Berg..very caring

Provider was 15 minutes late. We had our 7:45 check in, then we waited until 8:15. She said she was helping another patient with a urine sample. Later in the visit she left us to go back to that patient, while we just waited. She returned and said she wanted to get them on their way. My son had to go to school too, so that was not the best.

I felt like my doctor truly cared.

We always have a great experience at the Harmony clinic and recommend their location to others.

The Dr was running behind so I sat in the exam room for a long time, at least a 1/2 an hour b/t the time the nurse saw me and Dr came in. My first time seeing her. She didn't seem as sure/forthright with her thoughts about my reason for seeing her and what to do. Offered suggestions for following up with dentist, ent. I hope I am not charged for as long of an appt as I was there vs the time she was actually with me

The Spring Grove Clinic is awesome!

For the first time since I have been her pt In years, I felt Dr. Berg wasnt listening to me but spent more time explaining why other staff had no time for me and seemed to ignore and discount the pain I am enduring. I wasnt at all expecting that from her.

Dr. Berg is thoughtful and took time to cover all aspects of my concerns. Staff were very helpful scheduling follow up appointments at different clinic locations. And my lab tech was right on for my blood draw!

I came to my appt 5 min early and was not seen till 30 min past my appt. I find that rude and disrespectful.

When we got there, we was late and they still made time for us and it was quick. Thank you.
