My arrival time was 1:10, I was on time or early. I was in the waiting room for about 5 minutes. I was with the nurse for about 5 minutes. But the doctor didn't come in until 2:00. I was with him for 2 minutes.

I believe the clinic should extend the hours for treatment. I have gone to Eau Claire for treatment other times when I couldn't see anyone. Most businesses are open from 8 - 5, the clinic shouldn't be an exception.
