Dr. Smerud was personable and very thorough. She answered my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Excellent provider and team in Waukon.

All my questions were answered and I was told what to expect about my symtoms.

I had a concering visual problem the clinic was busy but managed to fit me into their bust schedule. I'm grateful.... Everyone was polite, kind and respectful.

You need to get more than one person to be able to check out patients. I think it took me longer to check out and get a new appointment than it did for my treatment.

I wouldn't change anything. They did real well.

It was my first time to eye clinic in Waukon and it was very friendly and efficient. I plan on going there for all the needs for my eyes.

I trust them and it's always Pleasant and I I I missed an appointment, I'd forgotten and they were very gracious about that too. And I I regret that I try not to miss appointments.
