It was my first opportunity to meet my new doctor. Thought he did a great job and look forward to his advise on my future health care. My only recommendation would be a Valet for some elderly and people with disabilities coming to the clinic.

Dr, Erlandson is very knowledgeable and a great listener. He treats you with respect and offers his best take on your care going forward based on what you present with and his expertise. He is also very personable and engaging and spends time without hurry.

Dr. Erlandson was very patient with my husband who has moderate dementia. Jim was able to talk easily-which doesn't happen very often. So pleased with how compassionate he was. Definitely happy he's our primary doctor. He's a keeper!!

Dr. Erlandson went above and beyond for my grandsons apt. He appeared very informed of recent events and made suggestions for moving forward. My grandson felt soooo much "relief" after conversation with him. I am very grateful for Dr. Erlandson for all of his care at this apt. !!!!

Was wondering about changing to a new provider after ours left but Dr. Erlandson was awesome.

Due to a last minute change of plans, my doctor could not make it. The team was helpful and worked out a plan so I could still be seen with only a moderate wait by a different physician, who did an excellent job. That was great!! Many thanks.

Didn't examine her at all just her lungs. Went by what the nurse said and just assumed that it was. Would prefer not to see him again.

Looking for different provider.

Dr Erlandson is an excellent physician. Although I just saw him for a second opinion, he assured me he would work with me to get to the bottom of my health issue. I felt very trusting of him. I would give him a 10+ rating. Outstanding.

Very impressed with how easily a transition to a new primary care provider went. Our provider for years switched jobs, and there was no gap in knowledge of medical history or care provided.

Not the greatest experience with the nurse whose manner wasn't very kind but it was the first time with the doctor and that was good and helpful. Reception staff professional, friendly and efficient. Overall a good experience.

I don't feel like this provider listen to me. I asked for him to put me back on my ADD medicine that I know works for me . He they prescribed me a medication that is completely different for ADHD which I don't have hyperactivity disorder.

He is a doctor that treats patients with total respect and listens to what you have to say. I hold him in the highest regards.

As always Dr. Erlandson listened to me and showed much care towards me. Always a joy to go to him.

The question about medical history doesn't make sense. It was my first visit, so why on earth would I expect this doctor to know my medical history?

I got one of the best doctors I have ever had he knew but great.

I was treated kindly by everyone (front desk, nurse and doctor). The scheduler noticed a cancellation so I was able to get an appointment to see Dr Erlandson the same day. I am very happy with the care I receive at GHS in Viroqua.
