Bedside manner of nurse was lacking in friendliness seeing if I needed help. I was told t put on a gown which was difficult due to pain, and was not necessary to exam when PA came. PA seemed to have a protocol he was following and no offers of new information or updated procedures. After writing my doctor afterwards, I don't know if I want to follow through with this PA.

Marcus Roman listened carefully and provided a thorough exam. He outlined treatment options and follow up. I highly recommend him.

Marcus injected my knee with cortisone, and it really worked great. I am so happy I had it done! I know it's a temporary solution, but the relief I have from the injection is so welcome.

Marcus listened carefully to me as I described my symptoms, and as he examined me to determine the cause of my pain. He explained what he saw from the x-rays and told me his diagnosis in easy to understand language. His manner was warm and personable and professional. I really appreciated his medical care, and left knowing I could contact him if needed at any point.

Yes, I was very very well pleased and satisfied with the doctors examination, when he gave me the shot in the knee and everything went smoothly. So I would, I would highly recommend you people anywhere, anytime, anyplace. Thank you.

PA was more than 50 minutes late. Appt was early morning. No apology or even acknowledgment that he was extremely late.

I appreciated Marcus's determination to solve a somewhat mysterious medical issue.

Marcus asks questions, listens examines and included me as a "part of the team". Hard to explain except to say he has a way of making me as a patient comfortable.

Bit of a slowdown in Imaging due to one Xray suite being down for (probably) equipment reasons. But staff was great about the whole thing.

He had me sign a form saying we discussed something about after care, but we didn't. I called the nurse line to get information and she directed me to go look at his notes and said we talked about after care, but we didn't. Otherwise, he was good.

All very good. Did not feel pushed or ignored. While we decided against surgery I feel we can proceed with further review as needed and we can be assured of the risks on both choices. I felt the risks were covered with care and honesty.
