The staff at GUNDERSEN is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Will the doctor was late too come when my Appointment time. Should have. Takeing place the last 5 yrs they never came on time too seen on time Cause I feel that the doctors should be on time. When that time is scheduled. And the other patients Should have to wait there appoint my time. I'll get it figured out so stop happening to me. I always have to wait every time I come in to see my Doctor. There's got to be a better way.

I felt very satisfied after my appointment. My provider explained things to me in an easy to understand way and addressed all my concerns without making me feel rushed. I also appreciated the in room nerve/reflex tests along with labs to help narrow down a possible diagnosis.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit to Dr. Breidenbach. She had pre-read my limited history that had been transferred from Health Partners, and spent the time to collect my remaining history. She did well to review my meds and discuss options I have.

Dr Breidenbach listened to all my concerns and explained everything in a way I could understand and relate to. She gave me all the options and let me choose the direction I wanted to take.

Dr. Breidenbach readily and willingly coordinates care. Primary care physicians are expected to know something about everything. That is a tremendous ask, expectation of any profession. Dr. Breidenbach works with patients, other specialists to ensure safe, appropriate, evidenced based care and treatment. I'm fortunate, as is Gundersen Health System in Whitehall, to have Dr. B as my provider.
