Kessa is a fabulous healthcare Provider at Gundersen. I am moving out of State and it will be hard to find a new Provider as good as her.

Kessa was excellent. She was a great provider. Listened to me. The technician that groomed to me. However, didn't take the blood pressure appropriately. She put the stethoscope, I'm a nurse of long standing and shouldn't place it in the antecubital fossa of my arm, she was like, 2 inches below. She got an appropriate reading and much lower than what it was. I told Kessa about it, and she did double check it, and it was, it was quite different and she said that this would be addressed with the technician. So that's what I had to report. So she's young gal, and needs to know how to take a blood pressure for the job she's doing, thank you.

Very good experience. I had been treating elsewhere for the last 10 years or so and coming back to Gundersen was a good move I believe.

Kessa is an exceptional provider! She is knowledgeable and has the special gift of making her patients feel comfortable and as if you are her only patient. She takes time to get to know you as a person and remembers the details and asks at your next appointment, even if that appointment has been several months inbetween. I typically avoid going to medical providers because of past negative experiences(not Gundersen) but with Kessa, I don't procrastinate when I need a check-up. I'm happy that she comes to La Crescent facility one day of the week.
