I have come to have a deep respect for Dr. Rayhan. He is a great physician and very personable. He spends time with me, which in healthcare these days is becoming less and less often. I can only imagine how many people he has on his schedule, yet never seems rushed.

I think Dr. Rayhan is one of your best Drs. If not the best. Very intelligent, listens and comunicates well. Nice guy too.

Though everyone I encounter treated me with respect I am disheartened that Gundersen does not do the same with their professional staff by referring to highly trained professionals as "providers". As a group they are "clinicians" or, should you prefer, "practitioners". I expect more from Gundersen

I think Dr. Rayhan is outstanding! He reviewed all my information and put it into clear perspective. He clearly understood who I was and what I needed. He was pleasant, communicated very clearly, and didn't make me feel rushed even though he was clearly being very efficient with time. I trust him with my care, which is pretty rare for me.

Good experience. This was my first visit with this provider. He spent extra time answering my questions and formulating a game plan for additional care.

There was no one at.thr receptionist desk. My appt was late in the day. There should be a sign put up to check in at the check.out team.

The entire staff and experience was exceptional.

Gundersen is a great clinic,how ever Dr's exam was worthless he didn't do anything all he did was barely touched my back no pressing to see where it hurts,no bending walking stretching no movement at all he prescribed muscle relaxers.

Everyone was very curtious and friendly.

The check-in sheet could be done on-line as another option.

The PSS staff are a joke. I stood in line behind 2 other guys, only 1 person at check-in who acted like the patients were a burden. The 3 people sitting at check-out sat at their desks visiting with one another. There should not be a separate check-in/check-out station. The lobby floor had things laying on it that should have been vacuumed up, and here those 3 PSS staff sat overlooking the dirty areas. The managers should have them get up and vacuum if they aren't going to help the patients in line to check in. Why make the nursing staff/providers wait while the PSS staff hold up the lines. It wouldn't hurt the reception people to do spot checks on the bathrooms hourly.

Dr. Rayhan is intelligent and knowledgeable. He communicates well and talked to my MD wife about his decision plans. He gets high marks all around. Would highly recommend him to others.

He needs to take more time to LISTEN to the patient and not just talk about anxiety and provide no concern or willingness to help find answers.
