I have some questions about the medications Katherine Munson prescribed for me ? Take 8 tablets of Plavix to start ? Why ? What should I expect as a side effect ? I have taken aspirin 81 mg for years, twice a day. Now it says take 1 chewable tablet once per day ?

You could most improved by not expecting me to take time to give you feedback on routine appointments. This is extremely annoying and overdone everywhere. I'm not ... I don't do a reviews for Trip Advisor hotels and certainly not medical professionals.

It was very good overall. The provider was very knowable and very easy to talk to.

From Valet service to flu shot to office visit all was ahead of schedule which after a long drive was great.

This provider can take people's concerns seriously and take the time to give answers to questions and explain things without minimizing what patient's concerns are.

Katie Munson was delightful. I really enjoyed my appointment with her. She had read my chart very thoroughly and we had a good conversation about my meds. She seemed very knowledgeable and again delightful.

I would just like to say that I was so pleased with Katherine Munson M, APNP. Never meeting her with any other appointments She was so respectful, kind, informative, and patient. She never treated me as though I was old and didn't understand. She gave me suggestions for what I could do for my health. I believe she is a big asset to Gundersen Health. A+

Overall very good

Took me a long time to get an appointment, I had to cancel another appointment I had already set, to see them. And then they told me just to go ahead with that procedure after all. So I mean they could have told me this on the phone, really. And I could have had these procedures done already.

My appointment was educational, informative and respectful. Also very friendly and kind.

Everyone was courteous, compassionate and caring. I felt right at home.

I feel good when done with my visit

Superb care not just from Katie Munson but from her supporting staff. They work well together and really focused on me and my problem showing genuine concern and not just going through the paces of getting another patient through the line. I have a serious medical situation and left feeling relieved that my situation was being thoroughly addressed.

K Munson NP did an excellent job explaining the how, why, and when three new medications will be added to my regimen. She clearly specified next steps which will include blood testing and a follow up meeting after the 4 week trial of the first new medication is completed. NP Munson also explained my recent heart echo and what the results meant for my future. She is an exceptional listener and she definitely was well prepared regarding her knowledge of my 18+ year history with my heart. I reviewed her after visit notes. They were concise and very helpful regarding my new medication and which medication would be stopped. I look forward to working closely with NP Munson to help me improve my heart function.
