Good Experience

I didn't get the answers I was looking for, but that isn't the providers fault. My situation is unique as is everyone's situation. I do have additional questions and will contact him.

Dr. Riley has a poor bedside manner. He only won't listen to you. What else might be wrong. He needs to listen to his patients. So now I'm going to see a different provider in La Crosse. Thank you.

Everyone, there was absolutely fantastic. They were very friendly. Very helpful just so nice. Tons of, they answered any questions I had. They ask a lot of questions. They were very nice to me. Very nice to my son, very accommodating. Really really really like the experience Hillsboro.

Dr. Riley made time to come to Boscobel outside of his regular schedule. He balanced his professionalism with warmth and wellness encouragement. I will be needing an ortho in this immediate area for my last hip replacement. I feel comfortable with him to replace my long time surgeon from out of the area.

Dr. Riley was not prepared for my visit. He seemed to think I wanted a hip replacement which is not the case. I was seeing him for a referral to orthopedics and expect to go over MRI results which we did not do.

Dr. Riley is a personable, caring, honest doctor. I feel good working with him regarding my knees.

Dr. Riley and his staff were very knowledgeable however after my visit I do have further questions and do not know where to direct these to.

As usual, the staff from the front door, to check-in, and to the Dr. Visit, the staff and the facility all is great.

Dr. Riley is very professional; always having time to answer questions without feeling rushed, and puts the patient as primary responsibility.

Dr Riley was amazing, kind courteous and very knowledgable. I am very happy with the care I received.

I switched to Gundersen Health a couple years ago. I have been extremely happy with all the facilities and staff. Highly recommend.
