Excellent staff all the way around. They took care of me from the start to even now during the "monitor" phase of my cancer treatments. Dr Nelms is the surgeon that removed the tumor and has been keeping up on my progress throughout this treatment. GREAT TEAM all the way around, they really instill a lot of confidence and positive attitudes all of the time.

They were moving floors and I was the last patient and they didn't have the equipment for my exam. So I had to wait for the equipment to be gotten. But that is ok, I totally understand that happened in the excitement of getting a new office.

In a day of medical consultations, I have to say I was the primary focus of everyone I dealt with. Not only with politeness but with a need to make sure my every question and concern were met and satisfied. I feel much more confident about the caner and surgery I am facing. Thank you.

I was nervous about my pending hernia surgery, but everyone I dealt with and talked to were so kind and knowledgeable that I felt much more relaxed about my surgery. Dr. Nelms was exceptionally kind and throughly discussed the procedure and results and answered all my questions. I felt his attention was totally focused on me, as he listened and made eye contact with me throughout my appointment.

I was not able to schedule a needed procedure because one surgeon had just had back surgery and the other was not available for over 10 days. I am not sure when I will here about when the colonoscopy will be scheduled.
