The Dr. and nurses/staff were outstanding

The desk staff were absolutely amazing, from my initial call for an appointment, to helping with my insurance card. They were all so kind.

I really appreciated that I was able to be seen within a few hours of my call to the clinic.

The whole process from getting an appointment to checking in/getting roomed/seeing a provider was seamless! I so appreciate that I could get my child in and that when I call the clinic I talk to a real human being who can help me right away!

Overall, it was a good experience, but had some issues with the medicine that was prescribed. So, didn't know how to follow up with a question for the doctor.

Only comment would be that I didn't realize how long it would take to read x-rays and get back to me. I think that could have been communicated better and maybe offered a magazine or reading material, as I had forgotten my phone at home. Just seems like it was a long wait with nothing to do. Very glad to get in for an appt asap at my regular satellite clinic, very handy.Good care!

I am just very grateful to be able to get an appointment with Dr. Baumann. I wanted an appt with the Undeland but, he was booked up. Dr Baumann is a good Dr., and very good bedside manner and knows what he is doing. I am just grateful that I could get in to see him yesterday. Please tell him Thank you, from me:)

I needed appointment with in the week , never seen this Doctor before. Was a bug bite above my eye close to my lid so felt better get it looked at. So I cannot say if I would refer him to others.

Overall a great experience, I was able to get in with Dr. Baumann quickly, and all the staff was very helpful throughout the process. I had to schedule an appt in a different department and the scheduling staff worked with the MRI team to get me on the schedule as soon as possible. Great overall.

A better way of operating than Park Nicollet in the Twin Cities with regard to labs. Gundersen does it right by having labs in advance of the doctor visit. At Park Nicollet you go to the lab after the doctor visit and get the results but have no in-person interaction with the doctor about the results.

The intern was excellent as well.

He answered all my questions.

it is always difficult to see your own provider unless you are scheduled it would be nice if they would always leave a spot open on any given day to fit in their patients when situations arise between their regular visits.

Time delay in being seen was only concern. I always assume the provider is helping someone more in need. No real problem.

My experience with this Dr. and MA went very well. I felt that they had listened to my needs and concerns, I was also able to discuss issues that I wasn't able to address in my emergency visit back in the beginning of the mo. I felt that he ran tests that were needed and I felt that I was actually listened to.

First time meeting Dr Baumann as a hospital follow up. He listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally and knowledgeably. I felt confident about my visit.
