Dr Dravis is truly interested in what I'm saying and seems to be intently listening. She offers suggestions and validated my feelings. Although I cry at every appointment, i always leave feeling like a weight has been lifted off my body.

When arriving to the East building, I cannot log into MyCare/Chart to notify my arrival. Check out desk should be clearly labeled from the lobby. The room is usually crowed and there is a line going into the patient hallway.

The Provider and the Staff were Great, I had a pleasant visit. The one thing I would like to add is the Building itself could use a little more care. I'm referring to the smells in the lobby area is not good. Maybe it would benefit to have some Air Fresheners set up around the room... Just a Suggestion!

I used my app to check in and didn't interact with the registration or nurses. At the beginning there was some serious miscommunications and that through off the whole appointment and made me want to leave before we even began. Looking back I can see how both were portrayed and caused the mix up. This caused the whole apt to be awkward. The tools I did receive will be useful.
