Traffic was congested. Definitely not their fault. It would be great if they had therapy at other locations, as well as some of their other services. I need to get a mammogram at the La Crosse Clinic. I wish I didn't have to go down to LaCrosse for it.

I was given braces to wear at night, said to F/u via mycare, but no mention if I should set up a f/u appt or just wait - so I guess will wear braces see how it goes, my only fear is, if 2 months out I want to be seen, will it take another 3+ months to get in?

Experience was real good. What I really dont care for are the 5 emails I get with an upcoming visit. "Please check in on my chart"...I do. Ten minutes later..."sign in, check in" whatever it is, " upcoming visit." Maybe two hours go by ..." Sign in on my chart" again. All new emails. Can you make it stop. One email should be good, dont you agree?

Was very pleased when I left that office!!!

I was a little disappointed in the fact that I sat there for a little over an hour before it was acknowledged that I was at the wrong location after I had checked in, registered and everything. I sat there and I waited for an hour before they realized that I was supposed to be at the other location. Other than that, as for the provider, I really liked him. I would definitely recommend him to anybody else and I am very happy with the outcome of my services.

Chris was very good with the process and explaining in a unique way where I would understand about my fingers.

Everything was great except the fiberglass cast they put on. The rough edges catch on my clothing and I have to wear a cover over it with certain clothing.

While checking if my problem was trigger finger, Dr. Kildahl asked me to move my fingers both stretching and clasping, and he carefully explained what it meant for hinges to be stuck. We talked about how long I've had the problem, the ways it interferes with my life, and looked at some solutions. He didn't "push" a decision. He explained options and listened to what I wanted.

I was disappointed that we were not able to discuss the results of my bone scan since I was in orthopedics.
