Brittany was extremely thorough in understanding my health history and any concerns. It was my first time seeing her and I felt very at ease with her. She didn't brush anything aside and was very attentive to any concerns or questions that I had.

I felt very comfortable as a new patient and that's rare.

The staff was great. Brittany was very caring and knowledgeable and treated me with respect and provided all information I needed. Great visit.

The physical clinic is looking extremely tired and run down. The bathrooms had marred walls, and the latch on the stall didn't work. The exam room itself was very run down- many marks on the walls and the floor. It just gives the overall appearance of being extremely dirty.

Thorough and took my skin concerns seriously

Being new to the Gundersen Health System (recently moved to the area), Gundersen employees are genuine, caring, and courteous. Leaps and bounds better than what I had become accustomed to.

Excellent care and service

Appointment went well. It was the first time I have met with Brittany but I thought it went well. She was able to answer every question I asked. Brittany was kind and polite. It was a very good appointment.

I waited my 9:45 appointment until 11;30. Didn't get out until 11:55. Very stressful morning to discuss my high blood pressure.

My check in wasn't done correctly at desk so they said we were considered a no show, we arrived at 10:15 check in was 10:25, then after waiting 30 mn went to check on our appointment was told we'd be in shortly waited again then checked told wouldn't be able to be seen... then had to get squeezed in seen later in the day. Human error but should of been made right they should of called our son's name to see if we were there and 2 workers made error on this appointment checked at desk twice when we came back later in day we were told your error given apology and gift certificate. My son is special needs this should never of happened and we should of been able to get in at our time frustrated with your clinic we had to switch due to our insurance and would go back to Franciscan in a heartbeat if I could never had any issues their; I hope in the future we don't have more problems.

I really enjoyed my visit and my provider did an amazing job

The staff was nice and the nurse and the doctor were very nice to me.
