I was seen in Onalaska UC the evening before with right eye pain and waited 3 hours before a provider saw me. Told UC provider I might have a contact lens stuck. UC provider didn't see one with her eye exam. So this optical eye appointment was follow up and they did find the contact lens. If the UC provider had found and removed the lens I would have been spared additional eye appointment and expense. SINCE I DO NOT have Vision insurance and will have to pay out of pocket for the extra appointment. Was very disappointed in UC.

Dr. Kitzmann is wonderful. She always enters the exam room fully knowledgeable on me and my case. She proves she remembers me by bringing up things we discussed last visit. I never feel rushed. I wish all providers were like this.

I thought that this doctor was very nice, she had bed side manner, you might call it. After she finished with my procedure, she stood beside me for a minute and said, how did everything feel, she smiled, and said I know some nice... nice words, ask how I was doing, if everything was fine, and ...and she just acted like she knew me. Thank you very much, bye.

The technician and nurse I had on the 25 were the best! I wish I could request them each visit I have, and I go often for injections bilaterally.
