Dr Zivney continually makes me feel that I am being treated as a special person with concerns he lessens and explanations that are totally understandable. He talks to me and not the computer.

Confused as to why My Chart asks me to check in when I arrive, and when I do, I'm told to go to the desk because something is missing. When I get to the desk, they say thanks for checking in. This has happened numerous times. Why bother checking in online if we're required to go to the desk anyway? Also, why can wellness checks be made a year in advance? It's very hard to get an appointment unless you request one about 4-5 months in advance anyway.

Developed a home data taking plan for blood pressure and compressions socks over the next several weeks. Will share data with Dr. Zivney before any further changes in medications be recommended.

I appreciate that Dr Zivney remembers my family and has a real relationship with me. It allows for a fuller picture of my health. He also has a personal life, which makes him a more balanced person and better doctor. Thank you

I have been struggling with one of the specialty providers that I see regularly. It feels like he doesn't really listen to me or care about the chronic pain I experience. Dr. Zivney is the complete opposite of that. He listened, asked questions to understand the full picture of what I am experiencing, and provided me a treatment plan, asking that I send him a note to let him know if the changes we made were working. I wish all providers were as thoughtful and thorough as he is.
