Very kind direct and to the point, gave me options but also made it clear that the choices on my health were strictly with what I wanted. Very happy I feel I'm finally been given options and better insight for my health.

Very seamless visit. Dr. Holness and the nurse were great.

I went to schedule my preop appt and told it was scheduled. Was asked if I needed a printout other visit and appt made for July and told the lady I could get it on MyChart. Looked this morning, and no appt was set.

It was my first time seeing Dr Holness. He was so good. He answered all of my questions and made my visit very easy. He also made sure my upcoming appointments were set up as soon as possible to help me.

It was a great experience I fully trust this doctor with my care and look forward to working with him on my care in the near future. He listened to what I wanted and agreed with it.

I was quite nervous about this appt as I didn't know if it was just for a consult or for an exam. My mind was put at ease by the nurse who escorted me into the exam room. Left there with a sigh of relief.

It was comforting to know that a technician was in the room with me while I received a checkup on my condition. It was my first time with a doctor in this field and it was quite awkward. Seeing how professional they were, made it easy and comfortable for me.

I just want to say that Dr. Holness is a wonderful provider. He cares very deeply about his patients and Gundersen is lucky to have him. Thank you.

It's nice to have a provider who listens

He is the best and his team that he had yesterday was the best.

My only complaint is that I was in the waiting room 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and no one ever let me know why. The MA apologized but I would have liked to know what was going on, even just a comment that they were behind schedule.

My nurse was excellent and extremely nice .

All were polite and respectful and to the point and fast. I can call with any questions if needed.

I just had a consultation with Dr. Holness . So far I'm okay with him. I have more visits ahead with him and will be able to tell more after those visits.

Scripts weren't sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner. I had to call and request 4 hours after my appointment.

I thought of some questions after I got home and I received a prompt response and had all my questions answered thoroughly.

I will definitely come back with any future issues. I felt comfortable, as much as anyone could be, and cared about. I was informed questions were answered but most of all everyone was kind.

I was told I would have a prescription called in. It wasn't. I called the MD office the next business day and left a message. I did not receive a call back. Still waiting. . .

Dr. Holness was courteous and listened to me (which is VERY important to me).

Gundersen has been the most respectful medical group I have been with and I appreciate all corners of the medical field in this hospital!
