I am so happy that I've changed from where I was and joined Gunderson. I really have a lot of respect for Gunderson. They've treated me wonderfully and I just like how they are organized, so organized, and I really love it. And so I'm very happy with my son that suggested that I try Gunderson and he was absolutely right. And so I have nothing negative to say. Everything is wonderful. Thank you.

Felt well taken care of with tests that were necessary and full explanations of test results.

My MA was outstanding! A "real" person, respected herself but also me! I don't need pronouns or anything else to express staff personal opinions. Just someone who cares about the patient, I dislike having to come in for care. But sure do appreciate a friendly person!

He explained everything to me. He so friendly and very informative. I'm so happy to have him as my Cardiologist.

Making Appointments that are within 60 days of my first request is difficult at Gundersen. Am told things like "Well if you wanted an appointment in December you should have called earlier." Or " call back in a few months and we'll see what we can do." Or "Would you like to join the waitlist". And it varies by department and whether you want to see a Dr. or if a NP or PA is ok. I am frustrated with the not knowing all the time and apathy. I make appointments for myself and a relative that I am caring for that is older and it is ridiculous. We have moved a fairly good chunk of our care to Mayo for this reason. Healthcare doesn't fit on your scheduling criteria Gundersen.

Loved Dr Witcik, great personality and explained a few things that I needed to know

I have seen several different physicians since moving here and this is by far the best care I have ever been given by everyone we have met.

It was my first visit. He was very knowledgeable about my condition and familiar with my records. He patiently answered all my questions. Ordered appropriate tests Return appointment. My husband and 2 sons were with me. We felt he was as a perfect fit for me and we appreciated his kindness

I don't understand why this department will only preschedule appointments 3 months out?

I have always been satisfied with the care received at G/L. Excellent staff!!

Doctor was very friendly and talked in layman's language. He explained my condition and what changes to look for. Very happy with my visit!!
