Dr. Case and his nurse were wonderful as always. The check-in process and checkout process were a little cumbersome just because there were new people. I feel like there's been a lot of new people at the check-in desk in every department I've been in recently.

Dr Case is an amazing asset to Gundersen. He has been our provider for a long time and has seen my grandparents, parents, nieces, myself, husband, and my children. He is the reason I use Gundersen as a provider because we recently switched to Mayo for almost all other care since it is close to our home. Thank you for having such an amazing doctor on your staff. He is irreplaceable.

Dr. Case and the entire staff were professional and friendly. Sometimes that is a combination I don't often experience. It can be uncomfortable to have my ears examined. I have a long history of ear concerns. My eardrums are scarred from recurring ear infections as a child. Also, constantly swimming in cold water created exostosis. So I had a bilateral canaloplasty several years ago. It was nice to see Dr.Case again. He is very reassuring.
