Meggan is very nice, friendly, know her stuff well knowledge. The staff is friendly and a clean environment.

I appreciate the convenience of Gundersen Health being in Winona, MN.

I am very optimistic that working together we will get my existing flair calmed down and achieve a method of keeping my RA under control.

I have been seen by Meggan Baudek before and it was always fine, This time I felt like she didn't really listen to my concerns, just kind of blew them off. The appointment lasted less than10 min and it was scheduled for 30, not sure how it will be billed. With only seeing her once a year I thought it would be a more thoughtful appointment.

Meggan is very attentive and thorough. She had a NP student with her who is very lucky to be learning with/from Meggan. The NP student handled most of the appointment and was thorough, attentive and caring as well.

I would recommend a better way to streamline the check-in process. If I recall, there are six reps working the check-in counter. There is a check-in sign toward the middle and that's where I went to wait to be called upon by the next available representative. Then you have others coming into the clinic and the signs is ignored and people that came in after I did were checked-in first. I could be mistaken---maybe that sign is just to let people know that the check-in is at the counter. Regardless, it causes some confusion---is the sign where people are supposed to line up and wait to be called by a rep or does the simply indicate check-in is at the counter and you can line up at any of the six stations? It was a busy morning, but regardless, I was still checked-in in a timely manner.

I have mental illness issues along with the auto-immunity. Meggan addresses ALL areas with such a genuine amount of care and understanding!

Meggan Has been very helpful guiding me through My UC. She has been very open to my questions regarding as to why we should use one treatment vs another treatment. I do really trust her, and her advice.

Meggan takes the time to listen. Even though Gundersen is turning into a Mayo type, less time with patients. Meggan still gives you the time you need.
