Administration completely forgot to schedule this appointment. No one told me the outcome of the previous procedure. It's like Gundersen completely forgot I exist.

I utilized self check in so I did not speak to anyone at registration.

We had an outstanding experience and were very impressed with Dr. Koop. He listened respectfully to our questions and concerns, carefully explained the procedure to us and had excellent bedside manner. The surgery was performed well and my daughter's healing and recovery process was as expected. My only suggestion for improvement involves the discharge process. During the discharge we were given instructions very rapidly, almost mechanically. Several suggestions given to us by the nurse contradicted the written information. This was confusing and resulted in us having to call to clarify later. We felt rushed during this process and didn't have enough time for our questions or concerns. Everything from check in through surgery was perfect, but I would strongly recommend giving patients a more personal and thorough discharge experience. Thank you for the opportunity to give this feedback and for providing excellent care!!

It was obvious that Dr. Koop had been through a very busy day and yet he took time to clearly explain the process and procedure involved in getting implants. It was a very reassuring discussion and allowed me to move forward with extreme confidence in the upcoming oral surgery.

Dr. Koop is amazing. He totally takes your child's care seriously, he has real interest in the case. I have been impressed with him. He's done multiple surgeries for my son and he's fabulous. I would highly recommend him. Nursing staff was great. But Dr. Koop, I would totally trust. He takes the time to listen to you, make sure the kid is heard, and has a great bed side manner and does great work. We've never had any trouble. We really appreciate it.

You still have signs directing people to use the "C" elevators which takes you to the wrong location and required a staff member to escort me to the proper location.

The bathroom was not as clean as I expected. The handles seemed sticky and the mirror had prints and streaks on it. Strange for being the first appointment of the day.

It was a long time getting the appointment and after being treated seems like it could be done in a couple of visits, not like one that I had.

Dr. Koop was very nice! I was extremely nervous and he helped ease my concerns.
