I could not get in to see my primary doctor but Dr. Lansing had a cancellation so I seen her for my health concern. Dr. Lansing is a very caring, pleasant Physician.

It was good. Dr Lansing was very good at explaining different options that I could try for a few of my concerns that I had.

I liked pilot project of using the digital interview and the resulting narrative of the conversation! This is especially helpful with the older patients who are beginning to have memory issues. A hard copy of the narrative or access to it through My Chart would be very helpful.

Dr. Lansing was very thorough in my exam. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She gave me options of what to do with some of the problems that I had. The new app that she is using for taking notes during our visit and plugging them into a format that I could understand at the end in case notes was extremely helpful. I'm very impressed with Dr. Lansing. She's always provided excellent, excellent care. I would highly recommend her to anyone coming into the clinic. Thank you very much.

A visit with Dr. Lansing is always helpful and reassuring. I feel she listens closely to my questions and concerns with kindness and care. She follows up promptly with any needed f/u. I feel I have a plan for my health. I feel I could contact her at any time with questions.

At check-in I was told that Gundersen was soon to stop providing for patients with out of network insurancewhich is me. This is very upsetting and senseless! You likely provide for illegal immigrants with no questions. This is manipulation and control! Please do not go through with this.

Dr. Lansing has been my doctor for 25 years. She always provides excellent care and is a terrific person. I have always been treated respectfully by the nurses and staff at the founders building. Usually I can get an appointment when needed. Sometimes there is a wait but if its urgent I'm sure I could get in to see her.

Dr. Lansing I'd an amazing Dr.

First time seeing Dr. Lansing and it was a great appointment. She had tried to research past history. She was incredibly pleasant even though having computer issues. She asked the questions I expected and allowed me as a caregiver to express my thoughts and concerns. Wanted to do what she could to help my Mom continue to improve. Plus she was testing out a new program to do notes that was incredibly accurate and detailed. As long as patient security can be controlled this program could be a real time saver to providers and allow them to be more present to patients instead of just typing while staring at computer as many have had to do. Thank you to Dr. Lansing for her care and would see her again if could not get in to see my Mom's normal pcp.

Always caring, well organized, efficient

The only problem is it's so hard to get an appointment with Dr Lansing because she has another job and is only available a couple of days a week and also hard to get appointments in any department anymore... It helps when the doctor recommends you for something but it's still hard to get in quickly You have to wait a couple of weeks or a month. I know there is a shortage of doctors and nurses and that doesn't help Thank you.

Dr. Lansing knowledgeable, but always willing to research something she's not familiar with or connect me with someone who can help. She's very kind, compassionate and personable as well. I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary physician.

Not only was I treated nicely, but it was very special to see how the registration desk staff in the family practice greeted and helped others. Twice during my short wait time individuals came into the office trying to find the building or department they were headed. Both of the registration staff members were very sweet and gave wonderful directions for both groups. Obviously this must happen throughout the day. They made them feel empowered and both ended the conversation with a sweet comment.
