Growing old can be a challenge.

Joan is a very nice lady. She reviewed with me things that I had forgotten and also gave me suggestions.

This was a very easy and very nice Experience

She talked slowly and seemed kind and caring. She is knowledgeable and offered good ideas. She also seemed understanding to why it is hard for me to get rid of weight and did not criticize, Seems easy to talk to -this was only first time I met her. I am hopeful she will help me.?

I decided to go to Joan, even though I'm a male patient, just because I feel like she treats people at dignity and respect. I think that she's not judgmental when she does diabetes education, and I think that she's extremely knowledgeable. So again, even though I'm a male patient, I felt like I wanted to go to Gunderson, just to see Joan.

I am always made comfortable and at ease.
