Jackie always goes above and beyond what might be expected. She listens carefully and never seems to be in a hurry, even when I come with questions and concerns unrelated to what the original appointment was meant to address.

Jaklyn makes you feel like you are the other patient she has on her schedule. My visit told longer than expected because i had some additional needs and she continued to discuss my concerns despite having other patients to see. I really like how she ends the visit with reiterating what my course of action is. She definitely cares about her patients.

well, I don't like the fact that I have to pay for 2 and possibly 3 visit costs in order to see dermatology. Plus, I will have to wait months to get in after I have already waited to see 2 other Docters.

Why is it sometimes a nurse introduces themself and who they are working for and other times they do not? You have no clue who they are unless they do.

Unprofessional, it was marked off that I got a chest X-ray but I never did.

I was not asked if I was OK having a student MA shadow my intake nor my vaccination. I was not comfortable getting my vaccination by a student... On the other hands, I was very happy with the time and interaction with my provider. I feel like she was genuinely concerned with my wellbeing.
