Dr Farmer is very helpful and covers my situation with my implant very well. She made a minor adjustment to change how my own voice sounds to me and it has been helpful. She is great and shows genuine personal interest in me as a patient. Be sure to keep her on staff!!

Emily, my Audiologist takes time to ask me questions about my life that may/can affect my Tinnitus. Things that I would not have known to even question. She details the information on the tests and brings up any concerns that she may have. When I brought up a concern that I have in my right ear (which is my "good one"), she thoroughly, tested both visually and "equipmently" (sorry, don't know what to put for that). I'm really glad to have her as my Audiologist.

The ear wax suction was new to us and it was waaayyy better than manual ear wax removal. The ENT physician's huge ear scope instrument was superior to what prior ENT providers used in the past to look into my sons ears.

Yeah, I felt satisfied with the hearing test and with all of the hearing aid options that she gave me. So I have a good idea of what I need to do next and how much it's going to cost me.
