Appreciate I was able to get appointment on short notice. Dr and staff resolved my plugged ears very quickly.

It took 3 months to get a physical appt. I called as soon as I got the letter, and the first available was 3 months later. That was frustrating, but otherwise Dr. Thurman is great, which is probably why it takes 3 months to get an appt.

My daughter is very picky and particular about her care and treatment, and she has not liked who she has seen in the past. She has had very good visits with Dr. Thurman and prefers to see him because he listens to her concerns, takes time explain things, and addresses her issues. Dr. Thurman has managed to get my daughter on birth control which has been a struggle for me to try to get her on in the past. My daughter thinks very highly of him and says she doesn't want to see any other provider because she thinks he is the best provider, and he knows everything and he "gets her".

For some reason my supplemental insurance was flagged as rejected. Checkin lady went out of her way to try and figure out. When I was done it still showed was flagged as rejected. She explained what I needed to do to check on why.

Dr Thurman is a good caring doctor who listens well, offers more than one solution to issues and is not focused on using drugs to fix issues.

I appreciated the thoroughness of our appointment and that Dr. Thurman listened to our concerns. Treatment was provided and what to do if things haven't improved in a week.
