Ms. Baumgartner explained what she was doing and why she was doing it, that was very helpful. The way she communicated with me, made me feel relaxed.

Amie is excellent at providing lots of options and then explaining each one very clearly. I leave with a health plan after appointments and I really appreciate that.

I was a new patient to Amie Baumgartner PA - she did an amazing job gathering past history in an abbreviated amount of time. She was a thoughtful listener, asked good questions and has an integrated way of clinically thinking about my problems (vs. siloed). I left feeling heard, comfortable with the plan and confident in an ongoing relationship.

Amie was so kind. I have a lot of hard to deal with problems going on in my life right now. I was so comfortable talking with her. I got to cry and let it out with her. She gave me a hug when I was leaving. It was only my second time seeing her. I hope she never leaves.

Provider spent time getting history and getting to know me( just getting established at Gundersen). Answered all questions and spent time explaining lab results. I felt very cared for and confident that further questions will be addressed and that the portal is a great place to do that.

Very invalidating experience, both in-person and the notes written about the appointment. I have years of personal medical notes due to chronic illnesses and previous medical history that were ignored. Her decision about my care was in 30 minutes and based on assumption, what she's done with past patients, and the little blood work I did for the appointment. I don't want to hear about other patients this or that. Treat me as I come, listen, and ask questions. Please don't just talk at me.

I was very nervous about starting over with a new Dr. and medical center, but at my first visit everyone was very nice and helpful.

If I hadn't said I have to go she would still be talking!

It was an exceptional office visit, and Amie answered all my questions and provided so much information and I believe that I do have a milk allergy just as she thought. We'll see! Also, really liked the receptionist that helped me. I wish I knew her name, but she was the one that got me the appointment with Amie and I sure appreciated that that too.

Every thing seemed to go as planned and I was able to set up future appointments to get more questions answered.
