Podiatric Medicine & Surgery Residency

You’ll get your hands on feet (and ankles) from the first day of your Podiatric Medicine & Surgery Residency. During our 3 years together, you’ll grow proficient in total ankle replacement surgery and minimum incision bunion corrective surgery with the added credential in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery.

How to apply

Overview

Learn from our board-certified podiatric foot and ankle surgeons who are passionate about sharing their expertise gained through 750 surgeries each year. We designed our residency to model the practice of podiatric foot and ankle surgeons with inpatient and outpatient experiences in primary and tertiary care seeing routine and unique cases. Our residents’ exceptional pass rate on the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery qualification exam before graduation reflects the quality of their educational experience at Gundersen. Our program is accredited by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education.
