Gundersen St. Joseph's changes clinic hours, expands telephone and skype visits

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and Wisconsin's "Safer at Home" order, Gundersen St. Joseph's has adjusted its clinic hours and expanded access to telephone and video visits.

Doctor doing a phone visit

Beginning April 20, the Elroy Clinic will be open for essential, in-person visits from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The Wonewoc Clinic will be open 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Hillsboro Clinic will be open Monday through Fridays 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon.

Telephone and Skype visits are available with primary care providers at all Gundersen St. Joseph's Clinics. Patients who want a visit via Skype need a smartphone with the Skype for Business app. When the Skype appointment is scheduled, patients will receive a link by email to connect with providers.

Patients looking to schedule an appointment in-person, by telephone or Skype for Business, can call (608) 489-8000 for their primary care provider to determine if the appointment can be completed over the telephone or Skype for business.
