What is the StrongBodies Program?
The StrongBodies program is a weekly exercise program for all ages of men and women. Each class includes progressive weight training, flexibility, balance activities and nutritional advice.
What are the benefits of the StrongBodies program?
Research shows that a program of strength training improves bone density, reduces falls, improves arthritis, increases flexibility and strength, and benefits your mental health as well!
Who would benefit from the StrongBodies program?
These exercises are safe and effective, geared towards middle aged to older men and women, including those who are not in perfect health. The only equipment being used will be dumbbells, an ankle weight and a mat.
