Pregnancy E-books & App
Our pregnancy books are helpful reference guides. You will receive hard copies at your first prenatal visit, and these books will always be accessible from the convenience of your computer, tablet or mobile device. Whether this is your first pregnancy or third, the books will provide answers to many of your questions about pregnancy, labor and the birth of your child.
You can quickly and easily access specific sections of the e-books by:
- Clicking on topics from the Table of Contents page
- Using the arrow navigation on the bottom of the pages
- Using the search glass icon in the upper right hand corner
Congratulations on your pregnancy! As you begin experiencing mental and physical changes in the coming months, you will likely have many questions. This book will reassure you and keep you informed.

The Gift of Motherhood
Read this book after Great Expectations. It will help you understand the process of labor and birth, and will answer questions about the birth of your child. The more knowledge you have of the process of birth, the more likely you will approach your journey with confidence.
