MyCare E-Visits

Convenient, affordable care

Care for minor illnesses is easy and affordable. Fill out a MyCare form and a provider will connect you to the care you need.

Affordable

$40 per visit, the same cost as an ExpressCare visit—but no need to leave your house.

What conditions are treated with an E-Visit?

Non-urgent illnesses, including:

  • Back pain
  • Cough/upper respiratory infection
  • Diarrhea
  • Heartburn
  • Red eye
  • Sinus problems
  • Urinary problems
  • Vaginal discharge/irritation

How does it work?

Must be a Gundersen patient living in Wisconsin, Minnesota or Iowa seen in a Gundersen primary care department in the last 36 months and 18 years or older.

Step 1: Get a MyCare account
You will need a MyCare account to access E-Visits. (sign up is easy!)

Step 2: Fill out a short form
Complete a few questions online (should take less than 5 minutes)

Step 3: A provider will get back to you with a diagnosis, treatment plan or prescription (if needed)*

*E-visits started weekdays between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. will receive an response within three hours. E-visits started any other time will receive a response by 10 a.m. the next business day.

If your condition can't be treated with an e-visit, you will be directed to visit your primary care provider or Urgent Care. In that case, you will not be charged for the e-visit.

Medicaid patients are not eligible for Gundersen e-visits. E-visits are not covered services for this plan, and our system does not meet documentation requirements. This plan may add e-visits to their list of covered services in the future.
