Online bill pay help

Pay your bill for services online through your MyCare account or as a guest. For step-by-step instruction on how to apply a payment, set up a payment plan and other options, follow the guides below.

Patient's View in MyCare

You can access many billing items through MyCare including:

  • View balance — will display balance for all service areas
  • Enroll in paperless statements
  • Make a payment or set up a payment plan
  • View and print statements online
  • View letters
  • Contact Customer Service

Make a payment

  • Select the Billing tab and then "View and Pay Your Bill"
  • To pay on account, select "Pay Now"
  • To pay the balance in full, select the amount due
  • Select the credit card or banking account that was previously saved or "New Payment Method" to add a card or banking account
  • Select "Submit"

To pay an amount other than the balance

  • Select "Other Amount"
  • Enter an amount to pay. Please note: the payment will apply to charges automatically or you can choose specific dates of service to pay.
  • Select "Choose Specific Visit to Pay"
  • Select what dates of service the payment should be applied to and select "Next"
  • Select the credit card or banking account that was previously saved or "New Payment Method" to add a credit card or banking account
  • Select "Submit"

Setting up a payment plan

  • Select the Billing tab and then "View and Pay Your Bill"
  • Select "Set up Payment Plan"
  • Enter the amount to pay each month and what day of the month the payment should be made
  • Select the credit card or banking account that was previously saved or "New Payment Method" to add a credit card or banking account
  • If the amount entered is not within the guidelines, a message will appear showing the amount has been automatically adjusted to the minimum allowed amount
  • Select the credit card or banking account that was previously saved or "New Payment Method" to add a credit card or banking account
  • Select "Submit"

View/print itemized statement

This will show detailed billing and can be printed for the entire guarantor or a needed date range.

  • Select the Billing tab and then "View and Pay Your Bill"
  • Find the guarantor account associated with the charges and select "View Account Detail"
  • Select the Charges tab and then "here" (blue hyperlink on the top left) to view details on all dates of service on the account
  • Select the printer in the top right corner to print the itemized statement/detailed bill
  • Select the Payments tab and choose the best time frame to view payments

Enrolling in paperless billing

  • Select the Billing tab and then "View and Pay Your Bill"
  • Select the sign up for paperless billing link in the lower left area of the screen
  • Confirm your email address
  • Verify you will no longer receive mailed statements
  • Select "Sign Me Up"

Opting out of paperless billing

  • Select the Billing tab and then "View and Pay Your Bill"
  • Below the bill details, you will see a sentence that reads: "If you would like to receive paper statements, you may cancel paperless billing."
  • Select "Cancel paperless billing"
