Gundersen Moundview Hospital and Clinics patients now have access to Gundersen Health System cardiology services.

Jason Darrah, MD

Jason Darrah, MD

Cardiologist Jason Darrah, MD, treats patients for coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure and management of cardiac arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation. Also available are transthoracic echocardiograms, or heart ultrasounds, and cardiac stress tests.

"I enjoy seeing patients and educating them about their heart conditions," said Dr. Darrah. "Helping patients understand their health problems is one of the most important aspects of health care. This improves patient compliance with treatment plans, which then helps them feel better and lead longer, healthier lives."

Dr. Darrah, who is based at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse, Wis., is certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Cardiology and American Society of Echocardiography. He is a graduate of the Ross University School of Medicine.

To learn more or to make an appointment with Dr. Darrah at Gundersen Moundview, call (608) 339-3331.
